Auction Day Tips

  • Arrive 30 - 45 minutes before the scheduled start of the auction.  This will allow time to read the rules of the auction and get signed in.
  • Be respectful of other people and property
  • Only bid if you have the CASH to pay for the unit you are bidding on.
  • Dress appropriately.  Auction will be held- rain or shine, hot or cold.
  • Do not park in a manner that would block any gates or doors
