Milan Storage LLC sends SMS text messages to tenants who have provided a mobile phone number on their signed Rental Agreement. Paragraph 6 of the Rental Agreement ("Permission to Call, Fax, E-mail or Text") provides express consent for these messages.
What we send Past-due payment reminders, statutory lien-process notifications required by Illinois law (770 ILCS 95), service updates (gate hours, facility access, maintenance), and account status notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency Up to four (4) messages per month, except during active lien proceedings, when frequency may increase to comply with statutory notice requirements.
Message and data rates Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Opt-out (STOP) Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further account texts.

Provider Messages are sent on Milan Storage's behalf via Twilio, Inc. Your phone number is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing.
Consent Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of renting a storage unit. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting your rental.
